What materials do you use?

I use 100% percent cotton, top, batting, backing and binding for softness. Unless otherwise stated.

How long does a quilt take?

Each CUSTOM quilt takes about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on size and complexity. No Kidding! I'm fast and very good! Readymade quilts go out in 24 hours or less.

Can I request custom designs?

Absolutely! I love working with you to create a quilt that fits your style and story.

Do you ship internationally?

No we do not ship worldwide at this time.

Can I request specific colors?
Shipping Policy

We ship most orders within 1–2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday via USPS, excluding postal holidays. Most packages ship using USPS Priority Mail for $20.00. Items can be added to your cart, then purchased with one transaction thereby being combined into one shipment. Multiple orders will be shipped separately, unless we receive a request to combine the orders before they ship. Currently, shipping is available only to the United States. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your ready made quilt purchase, please return it insured in the same plastic bag it was shipped in within 10 days of purchase. Please let us know by email or call Quilts by Teri at 951-440-9848 to let us know you are returning the quilt within the 10-day time frame. Also send a photo of the problem if you are returning due to some default with the quilt otherwise not disclosed in the description. Ship with delivery confirmation so you are sure it gets returned. Quilts shipped without the original packaging after the initial 10-day period cannot be credited. Buyer returning the item pays shipping and insurance. If we made an error in shipping, we will be glad to pay for return shipping and insurance.

What is Not Returnable....

We trust you understand quilts, lap quilt throws, baby quilts, and wall hangings that have been washed, dried or otherwise handled and treated are not returnable. Personalized and custom quilts produced at the specific request of customers are also not returnable or refundable. Other items that are damaged while in your custody, and that are returned in a form other than the original, undamaged condition, are not refundable regardless of when the item is returned. We will be glad to provide you with a donation receipt for the value of your damaged product and donate it to a local charity on your behalf. If there is a problem with the product when you first receive it, please contact us within 10 days of receipt identifying the issue with your product.

How can I care for my quilts?

Use cold water, mild detergent, and a delicate or hand-wash cycle. It’s best to wash quilts by themselves in case the fabric dye runs....How to Dry A Handmade Quilt - To avoid shrinkage, tumble-dry your quilt on low heat, taking it out of the dryer while it’s still damp. Let it finish air-drying.

What is your shipping and return polices?

Absolutely. We work closely with you to match your interior palette, sourcing natural fabrics and organic cottons that echo your home's specific architectural character and natural lighting.
